Food has always been a central part of my life; from social gatherings and celebrations to quiet moments spent cooking and sharing meals with loved ones.

In young adulthood, I began experiencing ongoing health issues that left me frustrated and searching for answers. After years of trial, error, and appointments, I was able to determine that changes to my diet brought immense relief.

That experience sparked my interest in preventative nutrition and the power of food as a tool for healing and strength. I believe that while many things affecting our health are outside our control, the ability to discover which food choices help or harm us, often is. After exploring various nutrition coaching programs, I found the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s evidence-based program to be a great fit, and I became a Certified Nutrition Coach.

My goal is to help clients find what works for them and view nutrition not as a list of rules, but as a source of empowerment. My coaching focuses on research backed practices, sustainability, and creativity to build nutrition habits that feel supportive rather than restrictive, and turning the pursuit of health into something enjoyable and fulfilling.

Ultimately, I believe food should remain what it has always been... a source of connection, celebration, and wellbeing.
