During the call, we’ll have an exploratory conversation about your goals, pain points, and obtain useful input.
We’ll then develop a personalized plan and some tools to help you realistically and sustainably achieve your goals.
We’ll schedule a 6 week (or flexible) follow-up to determine progress and see if adjustments need to be made.
