  1. Contact us to set up a time to talk through your curiosities, and whether individual coaching or a group consultation makes sense.

  2. During the call, we’ll have an exploratory conversation about your goals, pain points, and obtain useful input.

  3. We’ll then develop a personalized plan and some tools to help you realistically and sustainably achieve your goals.

  4. We’ll schedule a 6 week (or flexible) follow-up to determine progress and see if adjustments need to be made.

  5. If you’re satisfied with our service, we kindly request a donation directly to the Nashville Food Project.
